Transportation from Boston to Pats Games

I will be attending a Pats game in Nov and staying at the Wyndham Boston. Without renting a car, what are the modes of transportation to Gillette Stadium? I know the trains run but I would like to get to the stadium earlier than 12 noon. Is there a bus service? Or some sort of shuttle? Any help will be great. Thanks.

Other than the designated trains that are supplied by the MBTA for the games, there aren%26#39;t a lot of other alternatives. You could check the MBTA website and see if there%26#39;s a commuter rail station that would put you in a town nearby, and perhaps you could have a cab take you to the stadium. Perhaps the Plymouth and Brockton bus line has an option as well.

I%26#39;m almost positive that there%26#39;s a bus that runs from South Station to Foxboro.

I don%26#39;t think it%26#39;s within walking distance to the stadium, but I%26#39;m sure a taxi would be inexpensive.

Make absolutely certain that you have a confirmed mode of transportation for the return trip, otherwise you will be stranded. To my knowledge, taxis do not hover around Gillette Stadium after a game seeking passengers.

The MBTA runs trains back into Boston right from Gillette after the games, although you will have to leave immediately and not linger to tailgate or anything like that or you%26#39;ll miss it.
