Fall Foliage Tours...

Hi...

Just was looking online at New England Fall Tours, but felt it would be better to ask people who have been there, or live there.

Prefer to rent a car and do it on our own, but wouldn%26#39;t rule out a tour. Any suggestions?

Fall Foliage Tours...

What part of New England are you planning to visit? I would lean toward renting a car. The tours can be confining, and the locations that you would probably want to go for leaf peeping are easily accessible, and not far from Boston. e.g. The White Mountains in New Hampshire are only 2 hours away.

I am leaning towards Mass., Conn. and New Hampshire. Wish I had a unlimited amount of time tho, it would be great to visit more states.

I%26#39;d definitely recommend hiring a car. The scenery is so spectacular that on a tour you can%26#39;t just stop to admire the view and take a pic whenever you like, believe me you%26#39;ll be stopping a lot. I%26#39;m envious, have a great time.
