Sea Coast Inn for Senior Citizens

I need a room for a week. I want to be within walking distance of restaurants for dinners.

Security is one of my priorities.

I%26#39;ve read so many negative posts about Hyannis that I%26#39;m almost reluctant to finalize my plans.

The exclusive RESORTS are out the question for me so I felt that there must be an establishment that is clean, safe and pleasant. Am I wrong? I was considering the Sea Cost Inn since several of the reviews sounded very positive.

Thank you in advance.....

Sea Coast Inn for Senior Citizens

Hi Flying Solo,

Looks like you pegged a ';good one'; to stay at! I checked it out and it%26#39;s perfect for what you want it for. If it%26#39;s the Seacoast Inn at 33 Ocean St., in Hyannis you%26#39;re all set. It depends on when you%26#39;re going there that it gets wild! The high summertime season is WILD down there, like 4th of July; I was right within walking distance from this Inn on a 4th of July before and I could NOT believe how packed it was down there with kids and I mean packed. Other than that I would think you%26#39;ll be fine any other time! I live on the seacoast in NH and it%26#39;s the same way up here, it%26#39;s the big holidays that are out of control. This place looks great for you to stay at! It%26#39;s AAA approved for one thing, so that means it%26#39;s immaculate 9 times out of 10, it%26#39;s got all the shops right there, the beaches and harbor is right there as well as the ferries for the islands and all those great restaurants within walking distance. Don%26#39;t forget to go to BAXTERS, it%26#39;s great! You have a free continental breakfast every morning and dinner allowances. It looks like you hit the nail right on the head with this gem!

I was going to suggest the Cape Cod Irish Village in W. Yarmouth which has package plans with breakfast and dinners included in your stay, BUT the only thing is? You%26#39;re on a very busy road there and it%26#39;s really getting to be a real pain crossing it to get to the shops and every year it gets worse with that madness, with my mother this year when we stayed there? It was getting to be a little too much so we decided that this is our last year staying at the Irish Village because of it, I think where you%26#39;re staying in Hyannis? We might even check it out for next summer! Good luck it%26#39;s a gem have fun!

That sounds like a good choice. The Sea Coast Inn is one of the few places to stay in Hyannis that gets lots of positive reviews on here. It is a hidden gem that you%26#39;re sure to enjoy staying at. The location is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Please consider staying at the Sea Coast Inn. You%26#39;ll be glad you did!

Darn, too bad they don%26#39;t have a pool.

Looking for a CLEAN place to spend one night next summer. We%26#39;ll do what we did last month, drive up on Friday night %26amp; spend the night at a motel before going into the rental house (Sat-Sat).
