We recentley were looking on Historic Hotels of America and noticed the Parker House in Boston being America%26#39;s Longest Operated Hotel.
We toured the hotel and its a beautiful place with so much detail and old world charm. The restaurant is wonderful and we even tried the Boston Creme Pie invented their. The prices were very reasonable for a downtown luxury hotel and the location is great.
We highly recomend the Parker House for Dinner or staying in Boston to see all the history.

Historic Hotels with CharacterI think the Boston Parker House hotel is a real secret...feels like Boston, is a great old building, is not outrageoulsy expensive and the location can%26#39;t be beat. DKEL
Historic Hotels with CharacterI love, love, love the Parker House, always try to stay there. I know a lot of people consider that most of the rooms are small, which they generally are by the usual American standards, but everything else is so worth it. It feels like a grand hotel, the foyer is elegant, the restaurant gracious. I%26#39;ve always found the staff courteous and helpful. Apart from anything else, the location is superb. And, I just love the doormen, who open the doors for you and hail you a cab.
