There aren%26#39;t many budget hotels in downtown. But, you could try the Millner, which is in the Theatre District.

They are a smaller property, and is reputed to be a more European style. Do a search on this forum for Milner Hotel and check out the other opinions.

The MidTown hotel on Huntington Ave is usually considered a ';budget'; hotel. It%26#39;s in a good location, near Symphony Hall and the Museum of Fine Arts, and near the T also.

We live in Boston and I would not stay at the Milner its on the very low end of cheap hotels.

Recomend you try the Omni Parker House,Nne Zero, XVBeacon.

They have alot of great prices to offer and special deals. The location is best and very safe area, walking distance to all the sites you will want to visit in Boston.

They are on the T subway and accross from the Common with plenty of restaurants and shopping within 2 blocks of the hotel.

They are also far enough away from the Theater district but still walking distance which is good. Being to close to the Theater district you will find its noisy and not very safe in that neighborhood.

Stay closer to Beacon Hill and Government center side of Financial District away from China town

The Parker House or XV Beacon are good bets.

The Milner??? Are you kidding..do NOT stay there. What is a budget hotel price range for you???DKEL
