Falmouth area ocean view suggestions?

A few friends and I will be in Falmouth for the Cape Cod marathon (Oct 30th) and we left finding a place to stay too late. I’d like suggestions on good places to stay with ocean views in Falmouth or not too far from Falmouth (half an hour drive or less early on Sundays). Ideally the place would be on a sandy beach and the rooms would have balconies, but the biggest requirement is ocean views. One of the people is a master’s student and money is tight so the less expensive the better. Thanks!

I would agree with the Seacrest

The rates are lower in October - They have ocean front rooms and many other types . Good breakfast - the dining room faces the ocean . Also - indoor pool
