We will be travelling from Ireland and staying in Jury%26#39;s over thanksgiving. Could you recommend a good reasonable restaurant nearby. Thank you
Eating out for Thanksgiving
Hello KatieGabby,
Right near your hotel is Fire %26amp; Ice at 205 Berkeley St., in Boston at the Park Sq. Building. It%26#39;s reasonable and very good. My nieces love it there, I just got one of them a gift certificate for the place because they have a good deal for college kids this month. I%26#39;ve gone there with some friends from Southie, we really like it there. You can have sauces on your plate or not, that%26#39;s the beauty of it, it%26#39;s your call. To reach them call 617 482-3473 to make reservations.
Legal Seafoods at Park Sq., is quite good and can be expensive but what we do alot when I%26#39;m with my friends is we get a few appetizers and drinks; that way you can try different things and you%26#39;re not spending a fortune on one plate; you know what I mean? That one at Park Sq., is fun, you%26#39;ll like it there!
There%26#39;s Maggiano%26#39;s Little Italy and Davio%26#39;s all near Park Sq. if you want Italian food. You can take your pick of great places near your hotel!
There%26#39;s one right in Jury%26#39;s Hotel that my friend%26#39;s and I can%26#39;t WAIT to try some day! It%26#39;s the Stanhope Grill right inside that Hotel! Check it out while you%26#39;re there. I don%26#39;t know; it might be a little expensive but while you%26#39;re there, I%26#39;d just check out the menu they have in their window!
Another place that we love, it%26#39;s a tad bit expensive but very very good; the quality of it is worth it, you know? Check out Abe %26amp; Louis%26#39;s at 793 Boylston St., in Boston. It%26#39;s quite good!
Have fun enjoy Boston!
Eating out for Thanksgiving
Most of the hotels will be offering some sort of traditional Thanksgiving meal. The one that comes to mind first is the Copley Plaza Hotel, at Dartmouth and St. James. You might want to check their website and see if they have anything posted. And certainly the Parker House will!
