Hi - I will be going to Stonover Farm for a weekend in December. I would love recommendations on restaurants %26amp; things to do while we are there. Also, any suggestions for a place to get a massage? The reviews of the Stonover look great but would love to hear more about the experience there. Lisa

Since you will be in Lenox, you may want to take a trip up route 7 to the MassMOCA (Massachusetts Museum of Contempory Art) in North Adams. You are also close to the Norman Rockwell Museum (worth the stop) as well as the Hancock Shaker Village. Lisa - I have reservations at Stonover Farm in 2 weeks and I will report back (most likely in the hotel review section of tripadvisor. I always do photos and post those also). The other poster recommended Mass MOCA in North Adams. Oh, I can%26#39;t say enough about that place! But, you have to like modern art. It%26#39;s just a great place. I%26#39;ve eaten at a restaurant in Lenox several times with the word ';zinc'; in it (Zinc Table? Zinc Bistro?) and had great meals.

Lisa - We just got back from our Stonover Farm stay. Can%26#39;t say enough great things about it.....just wonderful in every way. I%26#39;ve written a complete review and submitted it to tripadvisor. It should be posted in a few days. Also, I%26#39;ll be adding photos to my review in a few days.

A 20 minute drive from Lenox would find you at ';The Old Inn on the Green'; (oldinn.com) a wonderful restaurant in New Marlborough, housed in a building from the 1700%26#39;s; their candlelight dinners are not to be missed !

For an extensive selection of massage therapy, you can%26#39;t beat Kripalu Center (kripalu.org) in Lenox; the largest residential yoga center in North America. Canyon Ranch (also in Lenox) is certainly a world class health resort but the same quality of service can be faound at a less expensive price at Kripalu.
