Hi HonestGranny!

It%26#39;s another rip off, throw it out! I have to tell my mother every single time to rip them right up and throw them all right OUT every time she gets one! In fact, my elderly uncle who will be 90 in a few weeks? He%26#39;s been writing checks out like there%26#39;s no tomorrow left and right to these charity butes out there every time we all turn around! It%26#39;s brutal! No wonder the elderly get targeted, it%26#39;s a disgrace!

I have NO sympathy for these charities when I see them in the mail. NONE and when it comes to these Time Share post cards? They get chucked every time, they%26#39;re wasting there time with me!

If you go to this website you%26#39;ll see where OakN%26#39;Spruce Resort is located and how it%26#39;s a time share that they will most likely want you to go look at.

I can%26#39;t stand these gimmicks. I won%26#39;t budge with them so they hate to see me come through the door!

THROW IT OUT!

Just my opinion...again!

I agree... these time-share solicitations are a scam! Though, I%26#39;m not sure there is any legal basis to get the prize other than showing up. From what I%26#39;ve seen, the prizes are shoddy, fourth-rate junk that wouldn%26#39;t sell at a flea market... not worth the effort to collect.

My mother also ';collects'; these promotions, and I become the mean child who refuses to take her on these wild goose chases to collect ';free prizes';.

There is NO FREE LUNCH!

Take NoMo%26#39;s advice and throw it out. If you%26#39;ve got time to waste, drop a line to the Attornery General in Massachusetts, and to your reps in the State House. Maybe someday we can treat this sales method the same way we treat phone solicitations... by getting on a sort of no call/no junk mail list.
